Canada Day Celebration in Courtenay
Two days of free community celebrations, live music and family fun.
Courtenay’s Canada Day Celebrations bring the community together each year for two days of free events in the heart of the Comox Valley. The celebration begins with the Night Before Concert in Lewis Park, featuring live music, cultural performances, food trucks, vendors and a welcoming festival atmosphere.
On July 1, the festivities continue downtown and at Lewis Park with the parade, opening ceremony, O Canada, cake cutting, family-friendly activities, community booths, local vendors, food trucks, live entertainment and more. This annual celebration is a lively, inclusive way for residents and visitors to gather, connect and mark Canada Day in Courtenay.
