I am SO excited to finally introduce something I’ve dreamed about for years… Live at the Cove.
Music has always been incredibly dear to my heart. Growing up, I spent many years doing stage crew at the Dawson City Music Festival with my dad Paul and stepmom @leah, who are both singers and songwriters. My love for music, playing instruments, and creating was fostered from such a young age, right alongside my love of art.
For years, I’ve dreamed about finding a way to bring those two worlds together.
There is something pretty special about sitting down, creating with your hands, listening to live music, slowing down, connecting with the people around you, and just being present. Art and music both have this incredible way of making everything else disappear for a little while, and I truly believe there is something healing about bringing them together.
So this is the beginning of what I hope will be many, many, MANY Live at the Cove evenings featuring incredibly talented musicians in our studio while you paint.
And I am so excited to announce our very first artist… The incredibly talented Ryder Bachman!
Join us September 17th from 6:30–8:30 PM for an intimate evening of live music and creativity at Creative Cove.
Tickets are $10 in advance, with the ticket proceeds going directly to the artist.
Then simply choose a ceramic you’d like to paint when you arrive, settle in, listen to some beautiful live music and create something of your own.
And please don’t worry if you “aren’t artistic.” You absolutely do not have to be an artist to create something beautiful.
Come paint. Come listen. Come connect. Please note it's community seating.
Welcome to Live at the Cove.
