Super-spy Nickel Carnival
Super-spy Nickel Carnival
What if carnival games cost just a nickel? Kids can enjoy an afternoon of affordable fun when the annual Nickel Carnival returns on Friday, July 24.
The carnival takes place at the Native Sons Hall from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Admission is $3 (cash only) and includes a punch card with $2 worth of carnival tickets. There is no need to bring nickels—all game play will be included with the punch card provided at admission.
Children aged three to 12 can test their skills at carnival games, win prizes, visit face painters and join a crew of volunteers for a super-spy adventure. Activities include pin the sunglasses on the spy, face paint disguises, target practice and a super-spy obstacle course.
Parents and caregivers with children participating in adapted programs are welcome to arrive early from 12:30-1:30 p.m. This quieter session gives children extra time to enjoy each carnival game.
